January 2015 Welcome Letter

In January 2015, Welcome Messages from Adam Cufr by Adam Cufr

Welcome to the January Edition of The Ultimate Guide For the Successful Steward, Fourth Dimension Financial Group’s newsletter.

Welcome to 2015! I hope that your holidays were amazing. Wouldn’t it be fun to peer into the holiday traditions of others to see how other people spend the time away from normal routines? Here’s one word to describe Christmas morning at our house: intense. Although our 12 year-old is now too cool to scream as she once did, the others don’t seem to mind damaging our collective hearing. As many of you tell me, I’ll miss these days.

In this issue, we’ll look back at 2014 and also look ahead to what may be in store for 2015. This past year was noteworthy in a number of ways.  I was fortunate to have my book launched, began as a monthly columnist for Retirement Advisor Magazine, was featured in the Wall Street Journal, and traveled to do some speaking. We added a number of new technologies to our planning services, as well as the digital Steward. Most importantly, we began working with some amazing new families and individuals. It’s so fun to meet new people and help build plans that will assist them for years to come.

In the Briefcase Study, we will unpack a question that we hear quite a bit: “How are we doing, compared to others?” In this issue’s Back To the Basics, we’ll look ahead at several trends we see shaping up for 2015 that should be addressed in your planning. We have an opportunity to revisit one of our own on his return trip to Vietnam. Finally, we take a detailed look at 2014 in review.

Please stay tuned for upcoming events. Like last year and the years before, we have some fun things planned for you as well as plenty of educational opportunities (those are fun too, right?). We’ll continue to stretch, learn, and grow so that we can provide you with the very best advice and client experience. Thanks again for the trust you place in us.

To your success,

P.S. The vast majority of families we work with are introduced to us by a friend. Please consider who might wish to take control of their planning in 2015. Please don’t keep us a secret!
